The American Pacific Health Foundation (APHF) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to advancing health and wellness for underserved communities across San Diego. Our organization provides education and free community health screenings for silent diseases such as diabetes, hepatitis B and C, cholesterol disorders, and vision health.
